Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the hotel’s maintenance team and oversee safety, mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems. You will coordinate daily tasks, manage external contractors, and ensure timely response to guest concerns and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating daily activities.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and safety/compliance requirements.
• Ability to use a CMMS or similar system to document work and track tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility safety and regulatory compliance across building systems.
• Supervise daily maintenance tasks and document work in the property management system.
• Oversee external contractors and inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Respond to service requests, guest concerns, and emergencies promptly.
• Train, schedule, and develop the maintenance team to ensure high-quality performance.
