Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hotel engineering environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex mechanical/electrical issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and train Engineering staff.
• Maintain understanding of engineering roles and duties.
• Manage and monitor the Synergy system and service calls.
• Operate and maintain HVAC and mechanical equipment safely and efficiently.
• Repair and maintain kitchen, laundry, boiler, plumbing, electrical, and gas systems.
• Document work in logs and perform routine maintenance and testing.
• Provide training to junior engineering staff and ensure MSDS compliance.
