Job summary

Vertiv seeks an Engineering Supervisor to lead the post-sales engineering team and guide project execution from design through delivery. You will coordinate multiple disciplines, oversee budgets and ensure compliance with industry standards.

The role involves working with customers, internal teams, and third-party engineers to deliver integrated modular solutions for IT, telecom and industrial markets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering and management experience.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and equipment specifications.
• Understanding of NEC, NBC, IBC and NFPA70 standards.
• Fundamental understanding of critical data center equipment.
• Excellent organization and detail orientation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-sales engineering team and manage project execution from design to delivery.
• Lead engineering teams to meet quality targets within budget.
• Coordinate multiple engineering disciplines with internal and third-party staff.
• Collaborate with other Vertiv units and suppliers for equipment selection.
• Interact with customers and their teams to align designs with requirements.
