Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a maintenance team responsible for repair and upkeep of timeshare guest units and assets. You will train staff, model professionalism, and ensure safety and adherence to company standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires supervisory and HVAC credentials, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience within maintenance, engineering, facilities, or a comparable environment preferred
• 3+ years of experience in general residential maintenance required
• EPA Universal or HVAC Certification required, with demonstrated hands‑on experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and a minimum of 1 year of driving experience
• Familiar with fire and life safety systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise work assignments, respond to issues, resolve problems, and provide technical support to all maintenance personnel.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve concerns as it relates to the upkeep and maintenance of the grounds and resort landscaping.
• Implement and facilitate skills training for assigned teams. Assure all policies and procedures are being followed.
• Assist in controlling department budgetary expenditures

Description

The Engineering Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of general maintenance technicians to provide service to owners and guests in the maintenance and repair of timeshare guest units and assets. This individual will participate in the training and supervision of their team. This Supervisor will serve as a role model, develop talent, and provide staff support in handling complex situations and ensure the staff’s commitment to meeting service expectations. This supervisor will provide direct supervision of engineering maintenance teams to assure proper response to requests for service, planned maintenance, and preventative maintenance. This individual must be knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures associated with industry and company standards.
