Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations seeks an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of maintenance technicians servicing timeshare guest units and assets. You will train staff, model exemplary service, and supervise preventive maintenance and safety compliance while handling complex issues with tact.

Responsibilities include directing assignments, troubleshooting grounds and landscaping, and supporting budget controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Proficient in general maintenance tasks (Level I–III).
• Able to coach and train staff effectively.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to manage safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance team assignments, response and resolution of issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair resort grounds and landscaping concerns.
• Coordinate skills training and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in controlling departmental budget expenditures.
