Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate engineering degree with good academic standing.
• GPA 3.2+ in engineering curriculum.
• Available for a May–August internship.
• Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support technical design and documentation, including CAD models, drawings, bills of materials, work instructions, job routings, and ECOs, as applicable.
• Collect and analyze data, review test results, identify trends, prepare reports, and help validate product or process improvements.
• Assist engineering laboratories, manufacturing, and shop-floor teams with testing, production support, time studies, process mapping, project tracking, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to quality, safety, LEAN, process standardization, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Help ensure work meets engineering standards and applicable customer, contract, quality, schedule, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, materials, project management, sales, suppliers, and other partners while providing responsive, customer-focused support.
• Apply SQDCG principles-Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Growth and complete assigned work accurately, safely, and on time.
