Job summary

Flowserve Corporation in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an Undergraduate Engineering Intern for May–August. You will contribute to technical projects, support design and testing, and collaborate across engineering and production teams to deliver practical improvements.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and in good academic standing.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Available for a Summer internship from May through August.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support design and documentation including CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and ECOs.
• Collect and analyze data, review test results, identify trends, and prepare reports.
• Assist labs, manufacturing, and shop-floor with testing, time studies, and process mapping.
• Contribute to quality, safety, LEAN, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Ensure work meets engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and suppliers to provide support.
• Apply SQDCG principles and complete assigned work accurately, safely, and on time.
