Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, student services, engineering, science, or related field.
• Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in academic support, STEM student-success programming, program development, strategic planning, assessment, and execution.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Indianapolis implementation strategy for Engineering Student Success within the college framework.
• Oversee tutoring, exam prep, skill development, intervention, and faculty-aligned support for Indianapolis.
• Lead mentoring, transition, and student engagement initiatives targeting first-generation students and under-resourced schools.
• Serve as the primary Indianapolis campus representative for Engineering Student Success and coordinate with faculty, advising, and campus partners.
• Develop assessment plans, analyze data, and produce reports to guide continuous improvement and resource allocation.
