Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, higher education student affairs, or related discipline.
• Four years of experience in university administration, student recruitment, student services, event planning, human resources, education, academic counseling, or communication.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Function as lead for Professional Master’s Programs academic advising, including student registration meetings, plans of study, Reduced Course Load (RCL) reviews, graduation candidate registrations, degree audits, and grade checks.
• Accomplish registration process each semester for continuing and new students, including registration PINs, workflow approvals, holds, and time tickets.
• Coordinate across university academic departments, primarily within engineering.
• Organize and facilitate multi-faceted recruiting activities, including virtual info sessions, on-campus sessions in West Lafayette and Indianapolis, classroom and seminar presentations, on-site industry events, letter mailings, email campaigns, student organization connections, and more.
• Accomplish corresponding communication with prospective students.
• Provide content and recommendations for marketing and communications related to Assistant Director’s portfolio of residential Professional Master’s Programs (PMPs).
• Assist with operations across the Office of Professional Education, as assigned by supervisor.
