Job summary

Purdue University College of Engineering-Office of Academic Affairs seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead Indianapolis EPICS and VIP programs, coordinating operations, student services, and partner engagement. You will drive scheduling, recruitment, and interdepartmental collaboration to deliver high-quality experiential learning experiences.

The role requires collaboration with faculty, staff, industry partners, and alumni, plus ABET-related assessment and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Four years of advising/administration experience required.
• Experience coordinating programs and student services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for Indianapolis EPICS and VIP programs, including scheduling and student recruitment.
• Coordinate with academic advisors and directors to support student registration and course enrollment.
• Identify and manage community/industry partners and sponsors.
• Serve as co-instructor/mentor for EPICS and VIP teams and support assessment and continuous improvement programs.
