Exciting opportunity for a next-gen semiconductor company

This role is customer facing. It would suit someone who has experience working directly with semiconductor equipment manufacturing vendors / suppliers.

The ideal candidate must be able to engage effectively with customers. While a dedicated U.S. business development team will lead external interactions, this individual will need to participate to the extent that they can speak intelligently about advanced packaging architectures & how this next generation product can integrate into existing process flows.

The role requires proven experience in site operations. The individual will set the strategic vision for the employees at the site and oversee operational readiness of the cleanroom to ISO-accredited standards (formal certification is not required, but the facility must operate at that level).

They must also provide technical guidance on process development. This may include areas such as nanofabrication tools, wet chemistry, and engineering disciplines (mechanical and mechatronics). While deep expertise across every discipline is not expected, the person should offer meaningful technical direction—particularly someone with industry experience, which is currently an area of need.

Lab safety is essential. The candidate should have worked in a laboratory environment, understand the handling of various acids and bases, and actively drive the safety culture at the site.

Ultimately, this individual will set the tone for the team—instilling urgency, ensuring company deliverables are met and building out the team as they see fit.
