Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. seeks a Site Services Manager to lead Field Service Engineers supporting advanced semiconductor equipment at a customer site in Sunnyvale, CA.

The role combines technical leadership, people management, and customer relationship management to maximize uptime and service excellence. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, serve as the primary escalation point, and drive fast response times and high-quality service while mentoring the team and coordinating

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience servicing semiconductor equipment.
• Experience leading or supervising technical teams.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Field Service Engineers responsible for equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex equipment issues.
• Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring fast response times and high-quality service.
• Develop training plans and support the technical growth of your engineering team.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve operational performance and service quality.
• Manage staffing, maintenance scheduling, and site coverage to meet customer service commitments.
• Oversee spare parts inventory, logistics, and service reporting.
• Monitor budgets, overtime, and operational costs while identifying efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, cleanroom protocols, and company policies.

What We're Looking For

• Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience working with semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S.

Technical Experience Preferred

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Electron Beam Mask Writers
• CD-SEM
• High Vacuum Systems
• Ion Pumps
• Scroll Pumps
