Job summary

Exo Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for Engineering Services to lead the planning, execution, and commercial management of assigned engineering and technical consulting projects from award to closeout. You will coordinate engineering resources, clients, scope, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and deliverables to ensure safe, professional delivery on time and within scope.

The role emphasizes proactive ownership, risk identification, and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and professional experience; PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.
• Strong organizational, leadership and communication abilities required.
• Experience with project-management software and tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and initiation, ensuring clear contractual commitments, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Own assigned projects from initiation through execution, delivery, and closeout.
• Coordinate engineers, designers, analysts, inspectors, and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Monitor risks, changes, and client communications; escalate as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and financial visibility; support QA/QC processes.
