Job summary

Exo Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing resources to meet time, budget, and quality objectives.

The role emphasizes planning, vendor management, and on-site coordination with a focus on lighting poles and infrastructure. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and PM experience are required or preferred, with PMP/PRINCE2 assets. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, project management) is typically required.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an asset.
• Proven project management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience in the Lighting or Construction industry or knowledge of NDT is desirable.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Ensure deadlines are met.
• Create project charters and obtain approvals to initiate projects.
• Identify and manage third-party vendors as needed.
• Assemble project teams and assign roles; establish clear communication.
• Coordinate project team members and foster collaboration.
• Establish and monitor quality standards for project deliverables.
• Identify and manage project risks and mitigation plans.
• Maintain open communication with stakeholders and provide status updates.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, or budget with proper documentation.
• Facilitate project closure activities including final inspections and lessons learned.
