Job summary

Exo Group, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams from initiation through closure in The Woodlands, TX. You will plan, execute, monitor budgets and schedules, coordinate vendors, and communicate status to stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree and PM expertise are required; PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus. You'll oversee quality assurance, risk management, and change control while ensuring safety, compliance, and client satisfaction across lighting and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, project management) typically required.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an asset.
• Proven project management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of PM principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience in Lighting or Construction industry or NDT desirable.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in PM software and Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Initiation: define scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables; obtain approvals.
• Team Work: assemble and coordinate project teams; establish clear communication.
• Quality Assurance: set and monitor standards; track KPIs; manage risks.
• Communication and Reporting: provide status updates; distribute progress reports.
• Change Management: assess changes and document approvals.
• Project Closure: conduct final inspections and capture lessons learned.
