Job summary

Verista, a leading life sciences solutions provider, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead facility shutdowns, CQV activities, and capital improvement projects in GMP environments. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risk while ensuring safety and quality.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in engineering or related field and 7+ years' PM experience in pharma/biotech settings; strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in pharma/ biotech manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience planning and coordinating facility shutdowns.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities, HVAC, and facility infrastructure.
• Experience with GMP, commissioning, qualification, validation, and change control.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, contractors, and risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple facilities and engineering projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate shutdown activities, outages, and maintenance work scopes.
• Develop integrated project schedules with critical-path activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, EHSS, and vendors.
• Provide regular project updates and executive-level communications.
