Job summary

In this role, you will work with the leadership team to understand and agree on the goals of the program. You will ensure that the product has the right capabilities to meet the quality, volume and price point, explain to the management team how the product will meet the objectives, provide technical insight into the program.

You will also clearly demonstrate and articulate all issues in data support, ensuring that the team has the necessary resources, and managing and coordinating the elements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10 years of experience in integrated/consumer systems, hardware architecture, plant design, product design or new product introduction (NPI).
• Experience in the hardware development process from concept to manufacturing with contract/original manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Lead device engineering efforts and drive hardware program goals.
• Build vendor relationships and align product and device leadership with business objectives.
• Oversee hardware development from concept to manufacturing, balancing cost, quality and schedule.
