Job summary

Lam Research in the United States, Oregon, Tualatin, seeks an experienced engineering leader to direct global hardware/software/system design activities. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage complex programs, resolve escalations, and promote best practices across engineering teams in the US and India.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with engineering product development processes and best practices.
• Strong management and cross-functional leadership.
• Design engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the global team and assist in developing skills and capabilities to meet objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement across the engineering development and release process.
• Work cross-functionally to develop problem statements and align requirements with stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional teams in the US and India to meet targets.
• Resolve escalations and prioritize engineering operations across a global workforce.
• Represent GPE operational interests in corporate cross-functional teams.
• Create and communicate engineering standards and best-known methods.
• Publish institutional knowledge and enable fast discovery across engineering communities.
