Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of program management processes and architecture.

• Understanding of aerospace contracting and procurement requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer requirements are met and baselined; evaluate resource needs and risk analyses.
• Maintain integrated program schedules, data, and financial/quality performance; implement corrective actions.
• Lead development of plans for mature and new product programs across lifecycle.
• Serve as primary customer contact; negotiate contract changes related to scope.
• Organize teams by defining expertise; manage budgets, staffing, and staff development.
• Communicate priorities and changes to functional areas; may manage subcontracted work.
