Job summary

Southern-States-LLC is seeking an Engineering Services Coordinator to support the Distribution Automation Division (DAD) team with a range of administrative tasks. The role focuses on coordinating application engineering tasks and entering orders as they are submitted.

You will enter job orders in ERP, manage data entry for the engineering group, load BOMs, process ECNs, release live parts, scan drawings, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter job orders into ERP system (Business Central).
• Perform clerical and data entry tasks for engineering team.
• Load bills of materials and process engineering change requests.
• Release and update live parts as needed.
• Scan drawings and maintain records/databases.
• Process Emergency Engineering Information/ Customer Service Requests.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer deadlines.
• Send drawings and shipments for approval and follow up.
• Provide back-up duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as required.
