Southern States LLC is seeking an Engineering Services Coordinator to support the Distribution Automation Division. You will coordinate application engineering tasks and enter customer orders as they are submitted.

The role involves clerical and data-entry duties, ERP/Bill-of-Materials handling, and collaboration across departments to meet order deadlines. Familiarity with AutoCad/SolidWorks and Microsoft Office is preferred.

• Enter job orders into our ERP system/Business Central.
• Performs general clerical and data entry duties for the engineering team.
• Loading bills-of-materials, process Engineering Change Request.
• Advance release and releasing of live parts.
• Scanning drawings/other documents, maintaining records and databases.
• Processing Emergency Engineering Information/Customer Service Request.
• Interfaces with other departments to ensure customer order deadlines are met.
• Send and follow-up on approval drawings, shipments, and requests for information from customers.
• May be asked to provide occasional back-up duties for other members on the team.
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as required.
