• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required with 8+ years of practical experience.
• Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, monitors and manages the section's operating budget and forecasts.
• Leads and develops the engineering section and staff.
• Coordinates section activities and staffing to support project delivery.
• Mentors staff and ensures training needs are met.
• Collaborates with other sections and departments to optimize work sharing and opportunities.
• Supports strategic planning, contracting, and project delivery processes.
