Job summary

Polaris Inc. invites recent engineering graduates to join the Engineering Development Program (EDP). This two‑year program includes six‑month rotations in Design Engineering, Test & Validation, Manufacturing, and Project Engineering, with mentorship and leadership exposure.

Graduates move into full‑time roles based on business needs and career interests. You will engage in challenging assignments, establish mentor relationships, and receive relocation support as you develop a broad understanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with graduation between Aug 2026 and May 2027.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Must be a U.S. person and not require sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel and relocate between sites for rotations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Engage in two-year development rotations across Design Engineering, Test & Validation, Manufacturing, and Project Engineering.
• Partner with mentors and leadership to accelerate skill development.
• Prepare for transition to a full-time engineering role upon program completion.
• Contribute to projects aligned with business needs and personal development.
