Job summary

CMC offers a rotational program across its core lines of business including Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, and Emerging Businesses Group. You will participate in safety programs, work at plant level to learn processes, and engage in developmental trainings and projects, with short-term assignments as needed.

You will complete and present a capstone project at the end of the program while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and relocating as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Working towards a Bachelors in a related field at an accredited university.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through the functional areas of our core lines of business (Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, or Emerging Businesses Group such as Construction Services).
• Participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture.
• Work in roles at the plant level to learn processes and procedures.
• Participate in various developmental trainings and business projects.
• May work in short-term assignment roles as needed.
• Complete and present a capstone project at the conclusion of program.
