You will rotate through diverse roles, support teams, and may take short-term assignments while completing a capstone project to showcase your成果.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Willingness to relocate at the end of the program.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through the core lines of business (Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, Emerging Businesses Group).
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold safety culture.
• Work in plant-level roles to learn processes and procedures.
• Participate in developmental trainings and business projects.
• May work short-term assignment roles as needed.
• Complete and present a capstone project at the end of the program.
