Job summary

CMC offers a rotational program across its Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, and Emerging Businesses Group, designed to train engineers on diverse operations and safety culture. You’ll rotate through plant floors and offices, gaining hands-on experience while pursuing your degree.

We look for a Bachelor's degree with Engineering preferred; candidates should be adaptable, customer-focused, and willing to relocate if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Ability to work in varied environments (hot/cold/wet).

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Mills, Fabrication, Recycling, or Emerging Businesses Group.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold safety culture.
• Work in plant-level roles to learn processes and procedures.
• Participate in trainings and business projects.
• May work in short-term assignment roles as needed.
• Complete and present a capstone project.
