Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for engineering positions.
• Manage high-volume requisitions (30+ open roles at a time).
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements.
• Source, screen, and evaluate engineering candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide offer recommendations and support offer processes.
• Manage pre-employment activities including drug screening and background checks.
• Track and manage candidate activity through ATS (iCIMS preferred).
• Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and regulated industry requirements.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Support hiring timelines and ensure timely fulfillment of requisitions.
