Formación

• 1-3 years of engineering recruiting experience.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a multicultural context.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively builds candidate relationships and networks across social media and professional networks.
• Crafting and sending recruiting emails.
• Execute sourcing searches and manage candidate experience through the process.
• Provide talent market insights to enable leaders to make informed decisions.
• Develop recruitment campaigns to provide diverse candidate pools.
• Screen candidates to determine availability, interest, and fit.
• Maintain pipelines of searches and candidate data.
• Ensure compliance with policies and assist with special projects.
• Navigate databases; Greenhouse experience a plus.
