Job summary

This role focuses on establishing QA and testing strategies, driving disciplined release management, and coordinating with product, engineering, and vendor teams.

You will mentor engineers and SDETs, advance automation, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable platform outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, platform operations, release management, or enterprise application sustainment.
• 5+ years managing complex enterprise platforms, application development efforts, QA/testing programs, or production support functions.
• Experience leading release readiness, defect triage, regression planning, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and post-production validation.

• Lead core engineering quality and reliability across Partner Tech platforms.
• Own QA and testing strategy in partnership with product, engineering, business, and vendor teams.
• Drive disciplined release management with planning, go/no-go decisions, and post-release validation.
