Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing processes along with product launch.
• 5+ years directing, managing, or supervising engineering functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all product development, manufacturing engineering, and quality engineering for the Angola facility.
• Manage significant manufacturing projects to meet production targets and support growth.
• Lead product development and coordinate strategic launches, working with customers to meet needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
• Lead meetings and ensure projects stay on budget and drive continuous improvement.
