Job summary

H.T. Prof Executive Search seeks a Quality Manager to lead New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality in a manufacturing environment.

You will drive quality performance, develop associates, and strengthen supplier relationships to ensure customer satisfaction through robust quality systems and continuous improvement. The role provides strategic oversight, sets departmental goals and KPIs, mentors teams, and collaborates with cross-functional groups to support new product launches

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing supplier quality, process quality, and new model launch activities.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage New Model Quality, Process Quality, and Supplier Quality teams.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships to improve quality performance.
• Oversee supplier corrective and preventive action activities.
• Ensure timely resolution of quality concerns.
• Analyze supplier and internal quality issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Develop, manage, and monitor departmental budgets and business plans.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Support internal and external customer satisfaction.
• Manage and monitor internal quality audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Oversee quality activities related to new product launches and new model introduction.
• Lead resolution of supplier quality issues.
• Champion and sustain 5S and workplace organization initiatives.
• Oversee manufacturing process and quality requirements for new model implementation.
• Establish departmental goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support cross-functional teams.
