Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and quality teams in Boyne City, MI. You will drive product development, manufacturing engineering, and quality initiatives to support growth and operational excellence.

You will oversee large-scale manufacturing projects, coordinate strategic launches with customers, and mentor a high-performing team while pursuing process improvements and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing processes along with product launch.
• 5 or more years of experience directing, managing, or supervising engineering functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee product development, manufacturing engineering, and quality engineering for the Boyne City facility.
• Oversee significant manufacturing projects, ensuring they achieve production targets and support long-term growth.
• Coordinate key strategic launches and work directly with customers to meet their needs.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
• Attend and lead meetings to keep projects on budget and drive continuous improvement.
