Job Juncture in Boyne City, Michigan is seeking an Engineering and Quality Manager to provide leadership of our engineering and quality staff and oversee significant manufacturing projects. This role will coordinate product development efforts, guide manufacturing engineering, and ensure quality engineering standards are met across the Boyne City facility.

Company is looking to hire a full-time Engineering and Quality Manager to provide leadership of our engineering and quality staff and oversee significant manufacturing projects.

This role requires a manager who understands how to effectively delegate and assign work to maximize efficiency in our processes as well as growth and development of our people. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENGINEERING MANAGER
