Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting seeks an Engineering and Quality Manager in Boyne City, Michigan to lead our engineering and quality staff and oversee major manufacturing projects. This full-time role combines engineering and quality oversight to drive performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business-related field, or equivalent.
5+ years directing, managing, or supervising engineering functions preferred.

Responsibilities

All product development, manufacturing engineering, and quality engineering for the Boyne City facility.
Overseeing significant manufacturing projects to meet production targets and support growth.
Lead product development and coordinate strategic launches with customers to meet needs.
Identify and implement efficiency improvements and reduce environmental impact.
Attend and lead meetings to stay on budget and drive ongoing improvements.
Provide strong leadership and coaching to the engineering and quality teams, delegating effectively.
