Calqulate Metrics Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and quality teams in Boyne City, MI. You will drive product development, manufacturing engineering, and quality initiatives to support growth and operational excellence.

Company is looking to hire a full-time Engineering and Quality Manager to provide leadership of our engineering and quality staff and oversee significant manufacturing projects.

As an Engineering and Quality Manager, you will be working with talented people who design, develop, and manufacture our top-of-the-line products.

• All product development, all manufacturing engineering and all quality engineering for the Boyne City facility.

• Taking the lead on product development, you coordinate key strategic launches and work directly with customers to determine how we can best meet their needs.

In addition to managing processes, you will manage our most critical asset, our people. This role requires a manager who understands how to effectively delegate and assign work to maximize efficiency in our processes as well as growth and development of our people. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ENGINEERING MANAGER
