Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, is seeking an Engineering Quality Co-op in East Hartford for January 2027–May 2027. You will work full-time, collaborating with EQ groups to improve quality systems using PowerApps and datasets.

The program provides mentorship from senior engineers, exposure to management, and hands-on projects within the Engineering Quality multidisciplinary teams. An onsite role with a January start offers a strong foundation for your engineering career.

Qualifications

Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, Business Analytics or related Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics field and actively enrolled through the completion of the co-op session.
Must have a minimum of 45 hours of credit by the start of the co-op session.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Outlook) and/or PowerApps.
Minimum 3.0 GPA Cumulative GPA

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Engineering Quality multidiscipline groups to use everyday data to improve quality systems.
The co-op will work with EQ digital platforms (PowerApps, Co-Pilot, etc.) and various datasets to continue to improve EQ efficiency and effectiveness.
