Job summary

RTX invites students to join a full-time engineering co-op in East Hartford, CT. You will work with Engineering Quality multidisciplinary groups to leverage data, PowerApps, and digital platforms to improve quality processes.

Candidates must be enrolled in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related STEM fields with minimum 45 credit hours and a 3.0 GPA, and be available Jan–May 2027 for a structured mentorship program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree and enrolled through co-op session.
• Minimum 45 credit hours by start of co-op.
• GPA of at least 3.0 required.

Responsibilities

• Join a full-time, Monday–Friday co-op Jan 2027–May 2027, including Spring semester.
• Collaborate with Engineering Quality multidisciplinary groups to use data to improve quality systems.
