Job summary

RTX in East Hartford, CT is seeking a full-time onsite co-op for January 2027–May 2027. Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the co-op session.
• Experience in product design, drawing definition/ interpretation or manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA.

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in a full-time, Monday-Friday co-op session, January 2027 - May 2027.
• Support engineering related efforts to meet shop and supplier delivery requirements.
• Partner with operations, quality, procurement, and engineering SMEs to drive root cause investigations and implement product/process improvements.
• Collaborate with multidiscipline teams to address production improvement opportunities.
• Track group metrics and look for improvements.
• Coordinate evaluation and response to supplier requests for information (eSRI).
