Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, offers a Spring 2027 Project Engineering Co‑op. Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the co‑op session.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: product design, drawing definition/ interpretation or manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
• Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
• Experience may be obtained through on‑the‑job experience, research, coursework, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering related efforts to meet shop and supplier delivery requirements.
• Partner closely with operations, quality, procurement, and engineering discipline SMEs to drive root cause investigations, develop associated corrective actions, and implement product and process improvements.
• Collaborate with multidiscipline teams to address various production improvement opportunities.
• Track group metrics and look for improvements.
• Coordinate evaluation and response to supplier requests for information electronic Supplier Request for Information (eSRI).
