Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Project Team Leader in Coppell, Texas. The role leads Electrical Engineers, Designers, and BIM/Modeling professionals on high-profile electrical design-build projects.

You will oversee design from development to delivery, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure successful outcomes. This is an employee-owned environment offering leadership growth and extensive project exposure.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Professional Engineer (PE) license - REQUIRED.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Approximately 8+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong background in electrical design, power distribution, and construction.
• Experience managing engineering teams, budgets, resources, and project deliverables.
• Knowledge of short-circuit, coordination, arc-flash, and other electrical system studies.
• Experience with design-build or preconstruction engineering projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
