Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington D.C., is hiring an Engineering Project Specialist in Richmond, Virginia. The Engineering Project Specialist supports coordination, status reporting, and stability of Power Systems Engineering projects that impact Carter Machinery and Power Systems. Candidates with previous service-related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Work independently with limited supervision.
2. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Be highly organized and detail-oriented.
4. Communicate effectively with Carter Machinery personnel across the company.
5. Possess strong computer and internet research skills; proficiency with MS-Office is required.
6. Collaborate with Sales Operations and Marketing teams on related projects.
7. Manage large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
