3M seeks an Engineering Coordinator to collaborate with global teams and support site-specific engineering projects. You will participate in capital equipment purchases, budgeting, and supplier coordination while ensuring alignment with safety and compliance requirements.

The role emphasizes technical expertise, financial analysis, and effective communication to drive successful project outcomes in a fast-paced environment. On-site at 3M Valley, NE, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Six+ years experience supporting or coordinating engineering, manufacturing, facilities, or lab projects.
• Associate degree plus four years experience coordinating engineering, manufacturing, facilities, or plant projects.
• Bachelor’s degree plus eight years preferred in similar environments.
• Familiarity with procurement, financial, engineering, or project management systems.
• Experience preparing estimates, project justifications, budget updates, or AFE documentation.
• Strong project management, planning, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Under guidance of Engineers or supervisor, administers and coordinates site-specific engineering projects and/or programs, including capital equipment purchases and installation.
• Acts as Sourcing Partner to execute capital equipment purchases following policies.
• Provides financial analysis to project managers as requested.
• Provides technical expertise and acts as a statistical resource for assigned projects.
• Manages engineering projects, EWRs, and SWRs of lower risk and complexity as assigned.
