Job summary

3M is seeking a Project Engineer to lead capital engineering projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the globe. The role focuses on growth, cost reduction, EHS improvements, and equipment/facility renewal.

You will guide electrical, facilities, design, and operations teams to achieve project outcomes, applying core engineering principles and financial analysis to deliver optimal results for 3M.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree/Technical Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institute and five (5) years of combined experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in

• Lead capital engineering projects that support Growth, Cost Reduction, EHS improvement, and Equipment/Facility Renewal.
• Lead teams including electrical, facilities, design, technical experts, and operations to deliver project expectations.
• Utilize project engineering fundamentals (scope, budget, schedule, forecasting, communication, financial analysis) to deliver the best outcome for 3M.
