Job summary

Glass Roots Construction (GRC) seeks a high-performing Engineering Project Manager to lead underground utility projects from inception through completion. You will be the primary driver of project profitability, client relationships, and operational excellence, while mentoring field teams.

This leadership role requires coordinating design, permitting, and field execution, with a focus on safety, schedule, and continuous improvement on engineering delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of PM or coordination in telecom/utility/construction.
• Familiarity with fiber OSP construction workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering delivery schedule for assigned projects and track milestones.
• Identify schedule risks and escalate with mitigations.
• Manage flow of design packages from initiation to completion.
• Maintain project trackers and status reports for leadership.
