TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to lead capital and technical initiatives across multiple facilities, improving plant reliability, capacity, safety, and efficiency.

You will manage capital budgets, site master plans, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 3–5 years of capital project management experience, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of capital project management experience required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent capital projects totaling approximately $6M per year.
• Knowledge of sanitary equipment design and technology used in food processing is required.
• Experience with ERP systems, including SAP, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital project delivery across multiple facilities, ensuring on-time, on-scope completion.
• Develop and execute 2–3-year capital master plans aligned with business priorities.
• Lead development of project scopes, screening estimates, business cases, and approvals.
• Interface with stakeholders, contractors, and regulators to drive alignment and ensure compliance.
• Oversee project reporting, forecasting, and documentation.
