TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Project Manager, Engineering to lead capital and technical initiatives across multiple facilities, driving reliability, capacity and efficiency improvements. You will develop 2-3 year capital master plans and manage end-to-end project execution.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 3-5 years of capital project management experience, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3-5 years of capital project management experience required.
• Experience managing multiple capital projects totaling ~$6M per year required.
• Knowledge of sanitary equipment design in food processing required.
• Formal training or certification in Project Management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and technical initiatives to improve plant reliability, capacity, safety, and efficiency across facilities.
• Develop and execute 2-3-year capital master plans aligned with business priorities.
• Manage project scopes, screening estimates, business cases, and approvals.
• Oversee capital project execution from design to closeout (procurement, scheduling, construction, validation).
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and contractors; drive alignment and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Develop team capability through feedback, mentoring and leadership of indirect reports.
