What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Serve as the primary point of contact with clients for all project-related activities
2. Develop project scope, proposals, and manage client relationships
3. Oversee project execution within budget, schedule, and contractual commitments
4. Coordinate with engineering design teams and subcontractors to ensure project success
5. Document and manage changes in project scope while ensuring safety protocols are communicated and followed

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Paper Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) or equivalent technical experience
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the paper converting industry
3. At least 3 years of project management experience utilizing multi-discipline engineering teams
4. Familiarity with various contracting models and experience in capital project management
5. Proficiency with MS Project for schedule and financial tracking

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 10+ years of experience in the paper converting industry
2. 7+ years of project management experience with multi-discipline engineering teams
3. Project Management Professional Certification or willingness to obtain within 24 months
4. Professional Engineer license
5. Experience with Primavera P6 and in a consulting environment
