Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Experience managing engineering, construction, facilities, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of project management principles (scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality).
• Ability to develop and review project plans, cost estimates, schedules, and contracts.
• Familiarity with codes, standards, regulations for engineering and construction.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM software (MS Project or equivalent).
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage engineering and construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, military personnel, and regulators.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain schedule and budget.
• Review designs, specifications, and submittals for compliance.
• Prepare reports and briefings for leadership on status and needs.
• Support long-range facility planning and capital initiatives.
