Job summary

KBR's Product and Technology Solutions Division provides technical leadership for DoD programs, directing engineering teams responsible for network infrastructure, information assurance, software applications, and enterprise information systems.

The Engineering Manager ensures technical compliance, manages resources and schedules, mitigates risks, and mentors engineers while delivering mission‑focused, secure, high‑quality solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• DoD 8570.01‑M IAM Level II Certification and PMP preferred.
• Extensive experience in enterprise IT and DoD environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering teams supporting DoD programs.
• Oversee network infrastructure, IA, software apps, and enterprise IT.
• Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and standards.
• Manage schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with management, customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to staff.
• Support proposals, reviews, engineering docs, and strategic planning.
• Drive continuous improvement aligning with mission objectives.
