Job summary

The Maintenance Manager at KBR will plan, direct, and oversee the maintenance and sustainment of complex electronic security systems supporting Federal Government programs, ensuring reliability and mission readiness. You will lead maintenance personnel, enforce contractual and security requirements, and provide technical leadership for mission‑critical security systems in an on‑site Washington, DC environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in management of electronic security systems.
• 5+ years supervising technical security personnel.
• PM certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance personnel supporting electronic security systems.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Oversee system sustainment, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with Government policies, security requirements, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor maintenance performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Provide technical leadership and support for mission‑critical security systems.
